A classic coffee with a fruity zing and sweetness. A base of chocolate meets honey, apples and red berries to bring refreshing notes to your daily brew.

Roasted medium for balance and to highlight and mix the natural fruity flavours with the depth of chocolate and honey, sounds good to us!

Whilst we think this coffee tastes great any way, we recommend using an espresso machine, aeropress or mokka pot to get the full depth of flavour.

See our Brewing Guide for more details!

This coffee is known as Ki-Saya which derives from the words meaning 'Tasty' and 'Nature' in the Mayan language.

Coffee importers, Covoya, have nurtured relationships with the farmers and communities behind these beans and provide advice and training to improve the quality of the coffee grown.

Only the best cherries are hand-picked, de-pulped and fermented for 12-17 hours before being washed and naturally dried. The coffee is then sorted and taken to be milled.

Only the best for our adventurers!
